It is a legal requirement for all Security Guards working in the UK to hold a current, Front Line Security Industry Association (SIA) licence where
they will be carrying out most security-related activities. More broadly, it is the responsibility of all employers to provide employees with sufficient
training to carry out their job safely. We at Pure Security Services recognise that the training of our staff is central to the standard and consistency
of the service that we provide.
The training requirements for our security staff are not identicle from site to site. It is important that all new staff and anyone who has transferred to a new role is familiar with the details of their role. All staff will be provided with adequate Health & Safety training to enable them to carry out their job safely and without an elevated risk to their health. Health & Safety training is to be revisted annually to ensure that key information and any updates to required processes remain clear throughout each individual's employment with us.
